In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the Platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. The Company strictly prohibits underage gambling and will permanently close any Account found to be held by a person under the required age, forfeiting all associated funds.

2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for and marketed to users who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia and that your participation does not violate any applicable local laws or regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any legal order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from validly agreeing to these Terms.

2.4 Single Account. Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

2.5 Exclusion of Employees. Employees, contractors, agents, directors, and officers of beta78 and its affiliated entities, as well as members of their immediate families, are not eligible to use the Platform for real-money gaming.

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK from KTP), mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 Accuracy of Infor mation. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent point. The Company accepts no liability for losses or complications arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify beta78 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

3.5 Account Currency. All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.1 Verification Obligation. The Company is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawal requests or upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds as determined by the Company's internal compliance framework. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed.

4.2 Required Documents. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, and NIK;
• A clear copy of your Indonesian Passport (if applicable);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet account showing your name and account number);
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, as requested by our compliance team.

4.3 Processing Time. The Company will endeavor to process KYC submissions within 24–72 hours of receipt of all required documentation. Complex cases may require additional time, during which the Company will communicate with the User via registered email.

4.4 Right to Request Additional Information. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time, including following account activity that triggers internal compliance review protocols. Users who fail to respond to such requests within 14 calendar days may have their Accounts suspended pending resolution.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time and the Company reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as published on the Platform's deposit page. These limits are subject to change at the Company's discretion. Players are advised to review current limits prior to initiating a deposit.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically credited to the Account within 1–5 minutes of confirmed bank receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally credited instantly. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. The Company aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued for processing on the next available business cycle.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Prior to requesting a withdrawal, Users must have:

• Completed KYC verification to the required level;
• Wagered the equivalent of at least one (1x) the deposited amount on real-money games (this requirement does not apply to bonus funds, which carry separate wagering requirements);
• Provided a withdrawal destination that matches the name registered on the Account.

5.6 Fees. The Company does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the User.

5.7 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit patterns.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, beta78 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and special event promotions tied to Indonesian calendar events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Each promotional offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games or markets, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and time limits. Players must meet all stated criteria to qualify for and retain a bonus.

6.4 Maximum Bet Rule. While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per bet as specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.5 Abuse and Fraud Prevention. The Company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated Account — if it determines that a User has attempted to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms through coordinated betting strategies, use of multiple accounts, or any other method that the Company, acting reasonably, considers to be bonus abuse.

6.6 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared financial account. The Company may apply this restriction at its sole discretion.

7.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the beta78 platform — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot titles, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer studios audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Results are final once confirmed by the relevant game engine or betting engine.

7.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, including but not limited to BRI Liga 1 football, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League, are governed by the specific market rules published for each sport and competition. 7.3 Bet Acceptance. The Company reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded, where an obvious pricing error exists, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or event manipulation.

7.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a technical disconnection during gameplay, the Company's server-side records of the game state at the point of disconnection shall be the authoritative record for determining the outcome of the interrupted round or bet.

7.5 Currency of Play. All bets, winnings, and account transactions are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform does not accept or process wagers in any other currency.

8.1 Commitment. beta78 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming. We provide a range of tools to help Users manage their gaming activity effectively.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the beta78 brand name, logo, graphic design elements, software, text, images, audio, video, and game content, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with your device or software environment.

11.3 The Company's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12.1 Company's Right. The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

12.2 User's Right. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be processed for return to your registered payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including real-money funds, if the termination is due to fraud, misrepresentation, or other serious misconduct. The Company will exercise this right in a proportionate and documented manner.

If the matter is not resolved informally, it may be escalated to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation.

15.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.
